This term as part of our Book Week celebrations, Primary held a pyjama day! Students wore their cosy PJs for a gold coin donation, raising funds for our Compassion Australia sponsor children. Our Primary classes made crazy long lines with the coins they received and learnt more about our sponsor children, Rio (from Indonesia) and Sabine (from Burkina Faso)
Our class with the longest coin trail was 5M with a line of coins 8.7 metres long! Primary students raised a huge $830 to support our Compassion children! What an awesome day learning about Compassion, the work they do, and how we can partner with them.
